GIFT AID DECLARATION      


Personal gifts to charity are eligible for Gift Aid.

Under the Gift Aid Scheme Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team, Plymouth, will be able to claim back from Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs the tax you have already paid. This will add 28p to every £1.00 you donate at no cost to you. In order for us to reclaim tax you must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that we reclaim on your donation in the tax year.  You only have to complete this form once.

 

I confirm that I pay tax in the UK and that I wish all my donations that I have made to Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team, Plymouth, since 6 April 2005 and all donations I make hereafter until further notice to be treated as Gift Aid Donations.
